The Party Starts On the Bus

The party starts the moment everyone gets on the bus. Not when you get to the venue.

Party bus with premium interior for Dallas nightlife

Party Buses Built for DFW Nightlife

Dallas has some of the best nightlife in Texas, but driving between Deep Ellum, Uptown, Lower Greenville and the Design District kills the vibe. A party bus keeps the group together and the energy going between stops.

Our buses fit 20-40 passengers depending on the model. Every bus includes a premium sound system, color-changing LED lighting, a wet bar area with coolers and comfortable bench seating. Some models include a dance pole and flat screens.

Popular Events

  • Bachelor & bachelorette parties: Our most popular booking. Bar-hop across Dallas or Fort Worth without splitting up the group or worrying about parking.
  • Birthday celebrations: 21st birthdays, milestone birthdays or any excuse to get 20 friends together.
  • Sporting events: Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers and Stars games. Park once, tailgate on the bus and walk in.
  • Concerts & festivals: Skip the parking nightmare at the AAC, Dos Equis Pavilion or AT&T Stadium.
  • Wine tours: Hit the Texas Hill Country vineyards without a designated driver. We'll map the route.

How Booking Works

Tell us the date, group size and what you're planning. We'll recommend a bus size and build a route. Most bookings are 4-6 hours with a flat hourly rate — no surge pricing, no hidden fees. BYOB is welcome on all party bus rentals.

Weekend nights book fast. Plan two to three weeks ahead for the best availability. Holiday weekends and event nights (NYE, St. Patrick's Day, Super Bowl) should be booked a month out.

Party Bus Pricing

Hourly rates depend on the bus size. A 20-passenger party bus runs $150-$200/hr. A 30-passenger bus is $200-$275/hr. The 40-passenger flagship runs $275-$350/hr. All rates include the driver, fuel and cleanup. Four-hour minimum on weekends, three-hour minimum on weekdays.

Per-person math makes party buses cheaper than rideshare for groups. A 5-hour booking at $200/hr comes to $1,000. Split that 20 ways and each person pays $50 for the entire night of door-to-door transportation. Try Ubering between four bars in Uptown Dallas for that price.

Popular Dallas Party Bus Routes

We've done thousands of party bus runs across DFW. The most popular routes hit 3-4 stops over 4-5 hours. Deep Ellum bar crawl — start at Braindead Brewing, hit Truth & Alibi, end at Elm & Good. Uptown circuit — Katy Trail Ice House, The Rustic, HG Sply Co. Lower Greenville — Truck Yard, The Blind Butcher, The Old Monk.

Fort Worth groups usually hit the Stockyards — Billy Bob's, The White Elephant Saloon, Rodeo Exchange. We park the bus at a central lot so you can walk between spots and hop back on when you're ready to move.

Safety and Rules

Every party bus comes with a CDL-licensed professional driver. They handle the route, parking and timing. All passengers must be 18+ unless it's a supervised teen event (prom, graduation). BYOB is allowed but no glass bottles — cans and plastic only. The driver has final say on safety decisions. If things get out of hand, the bus goes home early.
