The Grand Entrance They Deserve

They've got the outfit, the date and the group chat planned for months. Give them the ride to match.

Prom Night Done Right

Prom is one of those nights kids remember forever. The limo pull-up is half the fun. Our stretch limos seat 8-14 passengers with LED lighting, a sound system and a stocked cooler (non-alcoholic, obviously).

Every prom booking includes a professional chauffeur in formal attire. They open doors, help with photos and make sure everyone gets home safe at the end of the night. Parents get the phone number of the driver and can check in anytime.

What Parents Want to Know

  • Background-checked drivers: Every chauffeur passes a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
  • Zero tolerance policy: No alcohol is permitted in the vehicle. No exceptions.
  • Direct contact: Parents receive the driver's cell number and can call anytime during the evening.
  • Door-to-door service: We pick up at each home and drop off at each home. No one is left stranded.

Typical Prom Package

Most groups book a 4-5 hour window: pickup at homes, photos at a park or venue, dinner, then the dance. We build a custom route based on your group's plan. Need to add a stop for pre-prom photos at the botanical garden? Done.

Book early — prom season fills up fast, especially for stretch limos. We start taking prom reservations in January for spring events.

Prom Limo Pricing

Stretch limos (8-14 passengers) run $125-$175/hr with a 3-hour minimum. A typical 4-hour prom package costs $500-$700 total. Split that between 8-10 kids and each family pays $50-$88. Cheaper than what most parents spend on the corsage.

For larger groups, a party bus (20-30 passengers) starts at $150-$225/hr. Same amenities — sound system, LED lights, coolers — but more room. Popular with schools where the whole friend group wants to ride together.

Vehicle Options for Prom Night

  • White stretch limo: The classic prom entrance. Seats 8-10. Red carpet drop-off at the venue entrance.
  • Black stretch limo: Sleek and modern. Same capacity, different look. Popular with guys-only groups.
  • Chrysler 300 stretch: Seats 12-14. Wider interior with wrap-around seating and fiber optic lighting.
  • Party bus: Seats 20-30. Standing room, dance area and premium sound. The moving party option.

Booking Tips for Parents

Get the group finalized before booking so you know how many seats you need. Collect payment from all families upfront — chasing down $50 from 10 different parents after the fact is a headache nobody wants. Book by February for spring prom season. March bookings can still find availability but your first-choice vehicle might already be reserved.

We send the driver's name, photo and phone number to all parents 24 hours before pickup. After the dance, we drop each kid at their own front door — not at a parking lot. Your teenager gets the grand entrance and you get a good night's sleep.

Homecoming works the same way — shorter event, smaller groups, same level of service. We do homecoming packages for groups of 4-8 starting at a 2-hour minimum. Same safety standards, same background-checked drivers, same door-to-door service apply year-round.
